A man suspected of engaging in drug trade has been arrested from ADh. Fenfushi.
According to Maldives Police Service, a 39 year old local man was arrested in Fenfushi after 536 grams of drugs were discovered while searching his place of residence. The operation was conducted last Thursday after the police were tipped off that the man peddled drugs. Two rubber packets and one rubber bag containing crystal meth was discovered in his room, said the police.
The man has been remanded into custody for 15 days.
