Four people have been injured in a fire incident at Ozone Life Maamendhoo Resort after an oil barrel caught on fire.
MNDF's Spokesperson, Major Ibrahim Azim said the fire was reported at 7:13 pm on Monday. MNDF was later informed at 8:37 pm that victims who were injured in the incident were being transported to capital Male'. Azim said four people were injured in the incident - one local and three foreigners.
The fire has been brought under control.
