A raging fire has broken out in a restaurant in Henveiru ward of capital Male’.
The fire erupted in Cafe’ Tiolo located on the outer ring road, Boduthakutufaanu Magu and has spread to the adjescent building. While the restaurant has burnt down completely, firefighters are working to put out the flames in H Sunleet Building, in which several offices including the State Bank of India are located. Nearby buildings have been evacuated, and no casualties have been reported thus far.
