The Maldives on Saturday recorded an additional COVID-19 death.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), a 90-year-old male receiving treatment at GDh. Thinadhoo's COVID-19 facility passed away at 6:30 pm on Saturday. This is the third COVID-19 death on the island.
With the new death, Maldives' toll is now at 226.
