Tourist hotel to be developed in N. Manadhoo

The Tourism Ministry has signed a contract with Stone Hotels Maldives Private Limited to develop a tourist hotel in N. Manadhoo.

A function was held Wednesday to sign the project agreement. The agreement was signed by Tourism Ministry's Permanent Secretary, Fathimath Ninfa, and Stone Hotels Maldives' Director, Abbas Mohamed.

The hotel will be built in an area of 132,000 square feet and will be operated and managed by Stone Hotels Maldives upon completion. The hotel will have at least 50 rooms. The property is expected to reach completion before July 2024.
