Transport Ministry establishes call centre

The Transport Ministry has established its own call center under efforts to improve services provided by the ministry.

The call center, which was opened on Wednesday. has its own hotline number, 1511. The center will be open on weekdays except for public holidays between 08:00 am and 02:00 pm. Information requests can be made via email during non-working hours.

The public has always had several complaints regarding the Transport Ministry. Transport Minister Aishath Nahula is summoned to the Parliament for questioning from time to time regarding issues at the ministry.
