President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih will be embarking on a trip to Lhaviyani atoll this week.
The President's Office said President Solih would be visiting six islands in Lh. atoll from February 18 to 20. He will be visiting Madivaru, Hinnavaru, Felivaru, Naifaru, Olhuvelifushi, and Kurendhoo.
The government has not announced the purpose of the visit. The President is currently in Singapore on an unofficial visit.
While the presidential election looms ahead, the President has been going on tour to several atolls over the past months.
