President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has appointed Hassan Mughnee as the State Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Technology.
Before his new appointment, Hassan Mughnee served as the Managing Director of State Electric Company Ltd. (STELCO). He was replaced as STELCO's head by Ahmed Shareef Adam on Tuesday.
Mughnee holds a Master of Business Administration from Brandies International Business School, Massachusetts, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Marketing from HELP University College, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
