The Finance Ministry is seeking a contractor to build 200 housing units in GDh. Thinadhoo under Design and Build Policy.
Thinadhoo has one of the largest populations in the Maldives and faces serious housing issues.
An announcement issued by the ministry invites eligible parties to submit their bids. A registration fee of MVR 500 will be charged per bid.
According to the ministry, MVR 1,050,500 or its equivalent in USD must be kept as bid security. The duration of the bid security is 148 days from the date of bid submission. Bidding will be held on May 30.
All forms and documents related to the project can be downloaded from the ministry's website from May 1 onwards.
