Nazim summoned to police amid leaked video investigation

The Police on Friday summoned Parliament Speaker Mohamed Nasheed's brother, Nazim Abdul Sattar, over a video that allegedly showed him engaging in sexual acts with another man leaked on social media.

When asked why Nazim, also a renowned lawyer, was summoned to the Police, Maldives Police Service said he was summoned in connection to a case against him. However, no details were given.

While Nazim exited the police building, journalists attempted to question him. However, he quickly left the area without answering any questions.
