A dangerous road accident occurred in Kulhudhuffushi City on Sunday, where a lorry collided with a taxi.
The accident occurred around 11:45 am near the Ethumaa shop in Kulhudhuffushi North Port. The accident occurred when the taxi collided with an MTCC lorry that was returning to the site.
The city’s mayor confirmed to AVAS that a dangerous accident had occurred in the city. The City Council said no one was seriously injured in the accident. The front of the taxi was badly damaged in the accident. While the car's windows had shattered, one of the doors also received damage.
The Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital could not be reached for comment regarding accident casualties.
