A man is in serious condition after two motorcycles collided in an accident in Vaikaradhoo.
Police said the accident occurred around 1900hrs on Monday night. One driver sustained a serious head injury and been transported to Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital, where he is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit.
The other driver is being treated at Vaikaradhoo Health Centre, and is in stable condition, it has been reported. However, efforts are underway to transport him to Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital for further treatment.
