The Islamic Ministry has said the Eid congregational prayers will be held at four locations in Male' City.
According to the ministry, Eid prayers will be held at the Maafannu Stadium in Male', Hulhumale' Synthetic Track, Hulhumale' Second Phase Cricket Stadium and Villimale' Football Stadium.
In addition to these venues, Eid prayers are also scheduled to be held in 25 mosques across the Male' area. This includes 17 mosques in Male', three mosques in Hulhumale Phase One, two mosques in the Hulhumale Phase Two, and one mosque in Villimale'.
In the atolls, Eid prayers will be held at a venue designated by the respective island councils. The congregation is typically held in the football stadiums and harbour areas in the islands.
According to the government calendar, this year's Eid-al-Adha falls on 28th of this month.
