President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has made two heartfelt requests to President-Elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu during his first press conference since the presidential election.
The President called for good governance and the continuation of projects initiated for the benefit of the country and its citizens.
At the press conference, President Solih expressed regret over the delay in completing the Thilamale' Bridge project on schedule. He said the project's timely completion could have positively impacted the election results.
The President added that he would consult with the new government to continue the projects already underway.
