Mohamed Firzul Abdullah Khaleel has been appointed as the Spokesperson of the Transitional Committee.
Firzul holds a degree in Sharia and Law from Egypt's prestigious Al-Azhar University. In recent months, he played an active role in presenting several ceremonies during Dr. Muizzu's presidential campaign. He has also served as the Deputy Director General of The Ilm Institute.
Meanwhile, President-Elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed former PNC President and current Chairperson Abdul Raheem Abdulla as the head of the transitional committee.
