The Maldives Hajj Corporation Limited has opened the opportunity for those undergoing treatment for serious illnesses to apply for Hajj slots.
The corporation said in an announcement that the opportunity to apply for Hajj slots allocated for those undergoing treatment for serious illnesses has been reopened following the President's decision to entrust the company to take people to Hajj for all official Hajj quotas for the Maldives.
The announcement said five percent of the quota for the 1445 Hajj will be reserved for those who have not performed the obligatory Hajj and are suffering from life-threatening illnesses.
The Hajj Corporation has opened the deadline for applications for the slots until 31st of this month.
