The South Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation has elected the President of Maldives Bodybuilding Association, Ibrahim 'Ibbe' Hameed as its President.
Ibbe was elected as the president of the federation during the federation's annual meeting held in the Maldives on Friday. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 14th South Asian Bodybuilding Championship ongoing in the Maldives.
The annual meeting was also attended by Datuk Paul Chua, President of the World Bodybuilding and Physique Federation (WBPF) and the Asian Bodybuilding Federation (ABBF)
Ibbe is currently serving his third term as the Maldives Bodybuilding Association's President. He has also held the position of Executive Vice President of the Asian Bodybuilding Federation and was elected Vice President of the World Bodybuilding Federation in December 2022.
