Fulidhoo Council has announced that three slots of land from the island is to be released for guesthouse development.
The land is leased from a 30,000 square feet zone in the thundi area. Prospective developers will have to bid for three land plots, each measuring 4,0000 square feet, to develop and run guesthouses for 50 years.
All bids will have to be submitted on August 11th. Prospective bidders can purchase bid documents for MVR 1000.
