Hajj Corporation has reduced the price on Umrah trips planned for next March. The current prices are MVR 22,965 for the trips.
The normal rate for the Umrah trips by the Hajj Corporation is MVR 25,965. A special discount has also been offered. For every group or family with four people registered together will get MVR 1000 discount, and a group of 10 people registered together will get a 50% discount.
School kids will also get a special discount.
Hajj Corporation said forms must be submitted for the March trip before the 31st of next January with a fee of minimum MVR 5000 on application.
The amount for the trip can also be arranged in monthly instalments. The application forms will be available from the Hajj Corporation office and website along with the Islamic Bank branches as well as Island and Atoll Council offices.
