Inner Maldives Holidays has stated that 23 Maldivians have signed up to the first cruise line trip set to depart from the Maldives.
The Director of Inner Maldives Holidays stated that 23 locals had signed up for the holiday package. The trip will take place on a cruise liner called 'Coastline Classica'. The cruise will start from the Maldives and will dock at the first destination at Colombo, Sri Lanka. The next stop will be Mumbai, India. The cruise liner will arrive back in the Maldives on the 23rd of this month.
The winner of the cruise line trip offered at this year's Vacation Expo will also be traveling on this cruise.
The cruise liner used in this trip is 722 feet vessel, with 14 floors and can accommodate up to 1300 tourists. It also includes swimming pool restaurants and completely modern facilities.
