A group of thugs on Saturday assaulted a delivery man to steal three pizzas in the capital Male.
Local pizza outlet 'Pizza Buona' said its delivery man was reportedly attacked by the thugs while on his way to deliver the pizzas. The thugs had reportedly stolen three pizzas after attacking the delivery man, the outlet said.
Police have been notified and an investigation is underway.
The capital had seen an increase in muggings in recent months though police reported a slide in theft.
