Telecom provider Ooredoo launches a special lounge designated to the customers of its Club Premier.
Opened as a customer experience center for the Club Premier customers, the premises was officially launched by the Managing Director of Lily Enterprises, Amir Mansoor.
The lounge will house all the similar features and services of its Customer Experience Centers, with the added advantage of smart access for designated members and digital form submission among such privileged amenities.
Chief Commercial Officer of Ooredoo Maldives, Balaji Srinivasan stated the company's top priority is customer satisfaction and provision of unhinged services integrated through latest technology. Similarly the lounge came to fruition after comments and feedback of customers over services had been assessed and evaluated.
The company's Head Of Customer Care Gulnaz Mahir had shared the same sentiment as well.
The Club Premier was established as a means of delivering fast and reliable services to a customer group that has proven as the company's most loyal.
The newly launched lounge for Ooredoo's Premier Customers, would be open from Saturday through Thursday.
