Dubai based Emaar Hospitality has decided to develop their resort island at Alif Alif atoll Madivaru, according to the company.
According to travel and tourism related reports, Dubai's hospitality company will be developing an 11 Villas resort destination in Madivaru.
The island of Madivaru has been leased to one Abam Abdul Gafoor of Finolhu Investment. The local corporation has signed an agreement with Emaar Hospitality to develop and open the resort island by 2020.
Emaar Hospitality operates about 29 hotels across the globe.
