Criminal Court on Wednesday ordered police to return a large quantity of alcohol seized from a safari boat during a raid last week.
Police is also set to ignore the court order and instead file a challenge at the first appellate court.
Police during the raid had arrested four which included one local and three Bangladesh expatriates believed to be staff working in the Safari.
Police had seized over 100 cases of beer and alcohol from the safari.
