A man was injured on Saturday in a third stabbing attack in as many days in the reclaimed suburb Hulhumale.
Hulhumale hospital said the 29 year old yet unidentified man was stabbed five times in the back.
The victim was being treated for his injuries but his condition was not serious, a hospital official told AVAS.
The latest attack came after two young men was stabbed on Thursday and Friday but neither was fatal.
The attacks are believed to be gang related which however is yet to be confirmed by the police.
It remains unclear whether police have arrested any suspects in connection to the incidents.
