Opposition coalition's presidential candidate Ibrahim Mohamed Solih claims he wishes to the vox populi as much as he can.
The Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) nominated presidential candidate for the upcoming elections has continued visiting the residences of capital city Male' on Saturday as part of his Door-To-Door campaign activity.
Before starting his door-to-door campaign on Saturday, Solih spoke with local media admitting that visits to residences allows him to listen closely to the concerns and issues from the public's perspective.
"As you know, there is little time remaining until the polls open. But my aim is to visit as many people and get their opinions on concerning matters as much as possible, so we can counter them with productive solutions under our administration," Solih noted.
Solih admitted he has not requested for any campaign rallies on the roads of Maldives capital but hoped all political movements are granted equal opportunities to campaign with regards to Attorney General's advise.
The opposition coalition confirms their door-to-door campaign will continue on Saturday afternoon as well.
