An elderly Maldivian local fell to his demise from a building a capital city Male' on Saturday night.
The deceased has been identified as one Hussain Ahmed, aged 69 years from Thaa atoll Gaadhiffushi.
Authorities claim the man fell from the fifth storey of the building he was staying around 22:45hrs on Saturday night.
The elderly man passed away while being treated at a local hospital immediately after his plummet.
Earlier on March 2018 a youth passed away from the impact of falling from a guesthouse building at Maldives capital.
