Ruling Progressive Party of Maldives' (PPM) running-mate Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed leaves for Fuvahmulah on his campaign trip, on Friday.
Moments before leaving Dr. Shaheem met with local media and stated he will be meeting with the islanders of Fuvahmulah to seek their concerns. The ruling party running-mate hoped for a successful campaign trip much like his previous ones.
Dr. Shaheem first visited his birth atoll Gaaf Alif after getting elected as president Abdulla Yameen's running-mate. Following this he traveled to Malaysia and met with locals residing in the country to seek their views and rally support.
