The locally famous Detune Band has won the hearts of thousands of Londoners who gathered at Wrotham Park to see their performance.
The band flew to UK on August 22 to perform in front of a horde of Londoners to represent Maldives, alongside several acts local to England - including bands and solo artists.
However, it was Detune Band that managed to win the hearts of many from their energetic stage presence and performance.
"It was our pleasure to represent the Maldives far from home," the band thanked thousands of UK residents who gathered to witness them.
Previously Detune Band had performed at the coveted ITB Fair at Berlin, Germany twice.
The band is also a brand ambassador of the largest telecommunication provider in Maldives; Dhiraagu.
So far Detune Band has released one studio album and are currently working on their second.
Detune Band is celebrating their 12th anniversary in 2018. To commemorate their anniversary the band has planned several grand performances, with a major act at Olympus, Male' City on November.
The band will be traveling back to their hometown on August 30 after concluding a successful performance at UK.
