President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has declared Sunday as a government holiday on account of Saturday's parliamentary election.
Spokesperson of the President, Ibrahim Hood announced via a tweet that Sunday was declared as a holiday in order to provide ease for the large number of government staff who were involved in the preparation and execution of the parliamentary election.
