Maldives Police Service (MPS) will be closing off some major roads of capital Male’ during Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Maldives.
A chart was publicized by the police which shows roads that will be closed off for security purposes in yellow, while it will be prohibited to park in the areas marked in red. The areas marked in orange show the roads which will be made into one-way roads for vehicles.
Parking of vehicles in the areas marked in red will be prohibited from 1900hrs of Thursday until 0000hrs of Saturday night.
