Maldives is preparing to host the 'Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge' in October.
The main sponsor of 'Hotel Asia Exhibition and International Culinary Challenge', Best Buy Maldives (BBM) said the competition will open up career and training opportunities for those working in the culinary field.
The judging panel for the cook-off is made up of international chefs. BBM has announced that they will be organizing culinary training for the winners of the challenge.
A retailer of European goods, BBM will be introducing two new products to the market during the competition.
The challenge will take place from 6-9 October.
