Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) stated that nine companies are participating in the MATTA Fair held in the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lampur from 6th to 9th of September.
Different cultural activities will be exhibited at the MATTA fair, including cultural dances by local dance groups, some delicacies of the Maldives. Beautiful underwater scenes of the archipelago can be seen through Virtual Reality, and information on different aspects of Maldives will be provided from the stall.
Malaysia is situated in a promising location for Maldivian tourism. Up to now, 13,000 tourists from Malaysia has visited the Maldives.
