Maldives on Tuesday broke Guinness World Record for most people free diving simultaneously.
Over 600 people took part in the 'Free dive world record' attempted at Baros lagoon as part of World Tourism Day celebrations. President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and world free-dive champion Willian Trubridge took part in the historical event.
The record was previously held by Verona, Italy with 280 people taking part in the dive.
