The Police have arrested four people from a household of Male’ who were abusing drugs.
The Police said that upon receiving an intelligence report, they had raided a household in Maafannu around 19:22 hrs on Tuesday with a court order. Once the Police entered the house, a man in the balcony of the house threw some alcohol bottles on the road.
They found two cans of beer, two pieces that were suspected to be drugs and five rubber packets in their search. The Police have arrested four men in the raid and they are being investigated.
The Police have said that they have received information that to celebrate the new year there were plans to get intoxicated The Police further said that some have been robbing to celebrate the new year.
