The Police have rescued a tourist who was caught in the sea current.
The Police said that the incident happened in V.Felidhoo today at around 11:40 hrs. An Italian tourist came to Felidhoo Police Station crying and reported that her husband was caught in the sea current, said the Police.
The Police rescued him while he was getting pulled away with the current. It seems his condition is good.
In addition, the Police at Felidhoo has helped a boat to enter the harbour in the morning as its engine failed while it was trying to enter the harbour area.
