Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has requested customers to obtain its services online.
MWSC said as a preventive measure from Covid-19, instead of visiting the customer service centre, it is advisable to use the company’s mobile application and online services.
Customers can view monthly bill and make the payment without having to wait in the queue via the mobile application of MWSC. In addition, customers can submit service request forms and view its status as well.
Moreover, the company has requested to call its customer service number 105 for further clarifications, if required.
Following the detection of Covid-19 in the Maldives, the government has said that they are making the arrangement for the employees to work from home. Additionally, the government has urged not attend large gatherings and has restricted hospital visits.
