An Indian doctor has been arrested in reclaimed suburbs Hulhumale' for physically harming a child.
The 34-year old speech therapist was arrested late Thursday night for pulling and twisting the ear of a six-year old patient, and causing physical harm.
According to the police, the therapist was providing services to the child under a private practice, and made home visits. The police received a video that showed the alleged abuse on Wednesday, said the police.
The case is being investigated further.
