Govt schedules repatriation flight to Sri Lanka

Maldives Foreign Ministry has announced that a repatriation flight has been scheduled for July 2nd to Sri Lanka.

The ministry said the flight will have the capacity to fly back 200 passengers, and instructed Maldivians in Sri Lanka who wish to return on the flight to contact the Maldives High Commission in Sri Lanka. Tickets must be purchased on passenger's own expense.

Sri Lanka has not announced when it will be opening its borders for international flights.
