Aeroflot increases frequency of flights operated between Maldives, Moscow

The frequency of Aeroflot flights operated between Russian capital, Moscow and the Maldives has been increased.

Flag carrier and largest airline of Russian Federation, Aeroflot resumed operation to the Maldives in September after suspending services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Aeroflot, the number of flights operated between the destinations will be increased from two weekly flights to four.

Russia is one of the most popular markets for Maldives’ tourism. 74,000 tourists from Russia visited the Maldives in 2019.
