Forbes magazine has listed Maldives as one of the best 20 places to travel in 2021.
Every year, the renowned business magazine compiles a list of places travelers can look forward to visiting the next year. In the compilation for 2021, the magazine listed Maldives at number 14. Maldives was chosen for the list by travel expert, Julie Danziger.
Danziger listed Maldives as a desirable travel destination, noting that the Maldives’ tourism sector is destined for a boom in 2021. In addition to being a naturally socially distant getaway, the destination has enacted strict Covid procedures and all of the islands’ resorts and accommodations are taking precautions, said the magazine.
