Newest company to the seaplane operations in Maldives, Manta Air has added one more seaplane to its prominent fleet.
After a long flight of seven days from Canada, the new seaplane arrived in the island nation during the morning hours on 7th November 2020. According to Manta Air, the new seaplane will be used for flying tourists to Nautilus Resort in Baa Atoll. The new addition increases Manta’s fleet to a total of seven seaplanes.
Manta Air commenced seaplane operations a year ago during November 2019. Being the latest to join the seaplane operations in Maldives, Manta Air now uses seven seaplanes for domestic flights across the isles of Maldives. In addition to the seaplanes, Manta Air also operates three ATR 72-600 aircrafts for domestic flights.
