Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid has departed to Bangladesh on an official visit. The minister is visiting Bangladesh on the invitation of his counterpart, Dr. AK Abdul Momen.
According to the Foreign Ministry, Minister Shahid will hold bilateral talks with Minister Momen, and pay courtesy calls on the President of Bangladesh, MD Abdul Hamid, and Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina during his two-day visit.
The Foreign Minister is accompanied by Foreign Secretary Abdul Ghafoor and Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fathimath Ghina.
