The Maldives on Saturday reported 150 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), 30 positive cases were recorded from the Greater Male' Region while 118 cases were reported from the atolls, including resorts. Two cases were reported from liveaboards. This increases the archipelago's tally to 73,094.
While 4,067 cases are active at this time, 30 people are currently hospitalized. One COVID-19 death was announced over the past 24 hours, and the country's toll is at 209.
