Daily stats: 11 cases from capital Male', tally at 74,224

The Maldives on Saturday reported 150 confirmed cases of COVID-19.

According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), 11 positive cases were recorded from the Greater Male' Region while 112 cases were reported from the atolls, including resorts. 7 cases were reported from islands under development while 20 cases were from industrial island, Kooddoo. This increases the archipelago's tally to 74,224.

While 3,276 cases are active at this time, 20 people are currently hospitalized. No COVID-19 deaths were announced over the last 24 hours, and the country's toll remains at 213.
