The Maldives on Saturday reported 90 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), 23 positive cases were recorded from the Greater Male' Region while 64 cases were reported from the atolls, including 6 from resorts. This increases the archipelago's tally to 74,993.
While 2,650 cases are active at this time, 21 people are currently hospitalized. No COVID-19 deaths were announced over the last 24 hours, and the country's toll remains at 213.
