All hybrid theaters at Dharumavantha Hospital now in operation

All hybrid operation theaters at state-run Dharumavantha Hospital are now in service.

An IGMH media official told AVAS that all four hybrid operation theaters at Dharumavantha Hospital have been put into operation today. The facilities at the hybrid operating theaters allow doctors to see inside the patient’s body during surgery.

Two of the four theaters were in use during the COVID-19 pandemic, the IGMH media officer said. However, operations have now been scheduled in all four theatres.

Opened in 2018, the Dharumavantha Hospital was established on a budget of $140 million with state-of-the-art facilities.
