The Transport Ministry made this arrangement as licensing services have been suspended for the time being. New licenses are not issued at this time as the data migration process is ongoing to introduce new software and launch a digital license service. The ministry has already started issuing digitalized driving licenses. However, the cards will be printed for those who require them.
The ministry has designed new software to improve the quality of services provided to the public. License applications and licenses will be processed using this software when it is launched. With this change, the police mobile application "Police MV" will show digital licenses.
