Criminal Court has issued a 10 year jail term verdict on former Vice President Ahmed Adeeb. The verdict was announced in the closed hearing of Criminal Court tonight. Terrorism charges had been filed against the former Vice President on charges of weapons possession on May Day. Witnesses had testified that Adeeb had possessed the said weapon on May Day, in addition to discovering the said weapon from Rehendhi flat.
