A glass plate falls and injures a laborer working in the Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) area.
Police say that they received word about a glass plate falling on a laborer and that they are currently investigating this matter. IGMH confirm that they are treating the man who was injured.
The man was reported to be injured while working with another worker to unload a container. The details of the injury remain unknown, but a media official of IGMH reports that the man is in an "okay" condition.
The extent of the 34 year old laborers injuries will be made clear after receiving the test results. Accidents such as these have occurred previously at MPL and people have been injured.
